HOMEHAI has closely collaborated with Sunac, undertaking numerous projects in Chongqing, Chengdu, Nanning, Kunming, and Wuhan. The 6,000 m2 Sunac Southwest Headquarters houses key functions and coordinates regional projects. Understanding the significance of this space, HOMEHAI aimed to avoid the monotony typical of high-rise buildings, instead incorporating an urban feel to organically redefine and reshape flow and open areas.
